Clear Lake Auto World

Clear Lake Auto world is the only pre own car lot I would go and buy pre owned cars from. They treat you like family! I love my new 2016 Hyundai Accent. Thanks to Linda and Mike!

Have had my eyes on this location forever. I know vehicles.. Looked at 3 vehicles. All 3 were terrible w/ bad explanations why. Don't trust them. Cars are bad, and cheaply kept together.

Saw mold in multiple of them, water damage and rust under the body for 90% of them. I wouldn't send anybody here to purchase a vehicle.

Found the perfect car for me it's in my budget very friendly Mike was an excellent help got me the perfect car that I could afford!!!

DO NOT buy a car from here they are liars and cheats. Bought a car 6 months ago and it breaking everyday and they are no help. Rude, poor service, lies to sell me the car.

I took my vehicle into Clear Lake Auto World to sell my vehicle and paid a consignment fee of $200 to sell my vehicle. On December 21st someone walked into Clear Lake Auto World looking for a vehicle. The owner of Clear Lake Auto World gave this person keys to my vehicle without getting any information or getting a copy of the person’s driver's licenses. After Galen Medlenka (owner of C.L.A.W) gave the my keys to someone he didn’t know he starting taking phone calls for about 10 – 15 minutes with no regards to security of my vehicle that he was supposed to sell. After he went out 10 – 15 minutes later he notices my vehicle was stolen. My vehicle was found but it has cost me over $580 to get my vehicle back and in running condition not including the damage that was done to it. I fell that due to Galen Medlenka negligence he should reimburse me for the tow and impound fee, tow bill to dealership and cost to have key made and programmed. Galen Medlenka feels that he’s not responsible for any cost even though he is the one that gave the person the keys and didn’t fallow any of there normal procedures.

be careful with this bunch , they will tell you they will fix your car and send you to one of thier "friends" nasa auto clinic . when you go pick up your car you get the bill and the dealership acts like they don;t know anything ...the owner never even tried to help ..his responce "ooops " i believe this dealership and the auto repair place has a sham going on !!!!!! for a bill that was total $318.00 they would not even split it with me ..they have no regard for the customer after the paper work is signed ...i would never ever recommend buying from the place ever unless you like to have stick shoved in your asssss...and if they read this im the one with the 2002 sebring .....
