I was looking to purchase a bed cover for my truck. I went to the off road shop to get information on the different types of covers were available. After leaving and doing more research I went back to the shop and let the same salesman know what I wanted...which he had no clue who I was from my previous visit. He has a bed cover sitting in his clearance section but he needed to make sure the owner was not going to use it for his daughters truck and he would give me a call to let me know. Never called of course so I went back in and again didn't even remember who I was. He said he had not had time to ask the owner...proceeded to walk in the back and ask in 2 minutes and came back out and said it was not for sale. They have 2 huge signs saying they will match or beat any competitors price so I got a quote from a competitor that beat their price and he said as long as I bring an invoice in they will match it. So I did just that and to my surprise he did not remember me when I came back in for the 4th time. He said he needed to run the invoice by his boss but there should not be any problems and he would call me THAT afternoon to order the bed cover. It's been 7 says and no phone call!!! I'm guessing they did not want to match the invoice. Horrible customer service...they will not be getting my business now it in the future!
