Trickett Honda

I had a wonderful experience at Trickett Honda. I will never go for any other dealer. It started when I called to ask for a price, I also requested an eprice online. I received a prompt response. I was late for my appointment because my old car broke down, and they were still able to accommodate, work together, and be flexible around my schedule. I never felt I was pushed for a purchase unlike the way I felt at other dealers. They did give me the best price which was $1000 cheaper than their competitive dealer for the same car. Not to mention that their fees are way lower. I bought the car on Saturday and then decided to add a co-owner in the title because of an insurance problem, I called the salesman on his personal cell and was able to arrange a time to do that on Monday afternoon without interfering with my schedule. In addition to all of that, they offered me a lower APR % (~1.0%) with a reputable bank than their competitive dealer. The salesman spent 30 minutes explaining every feature in the car (when and how to use it) and helped set my mirrors before I drove out with the car.



I also bought a cargo tray that I was suppose to wait until it comes to the shop to pick up. Store owner was courteous to give me the one he had displayed in the showroom and not have to come back to pick it up.



Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and appreciate everyone's help there. Big smiley face :))

My expereince with Sharon Cooper at Trickett Honda was very favorable, excellent and Sharon was extremely helpful and professional. My daughter, Rebecca needed a new car immediatley as her 2004 Volkswagon was basically dead on the side of the road. Without safe and reliable transportation to and from work she would have suffered a huge financial crisis. I found the (Fit) car we wanted on-line, contacted Sharon and she did everything in her power to make the process smooth and affordable. I live in Santa Barbara, California and my daughter lives in Madison, Tenn. Buying a new car sight unseen and without the opportunity to negotiate wasn't exactly what I was expecting or my preference.
