Audubon Park

I have lived here for over 3 years and I love it. The management is great but maintenance is ok. Right now the place is going under a makeover which is nice. The pool looks amazing and I look forward to the summer! Close to the town east mall area and restaurants which I love. Pretty quiet and would recommend to everyone.

Please don't move there. Save yourself the misery.

Problems:

1. 1 trash compactor for the entire community. It's located in the southeast section. There is no trash pickup or option to pay for trash pickup.

2. Water bill based on everyone in your unit. The bill kept increasing, despite the same pattern of water usage.

3. Numerous maintenance problems. Yes, they will move you into a home reaking of pet urine.

4. Not energy efficient. The air conditioning is not efficient in the two stories. My electric bill average 280 a month

5. Unsanitary, Trash on patios, dog feces on patios

6. Unsavory landlords. Please ask for receipts, take pictures of any damages when you move in or they will blame them on you when you leave.

7. Unsafe, a man was killed in these apartments. (violence is everywhere, but I just thought I would let you know)

Last, watch out for the move in fees. They are non refundable if you change your mind once seeing what they have prepared for you to move in.
