Overall
There are still honest mechanics.......

I was recently in the Morrow area when my car started acting funny. I pulled into the Sears Auto Center and asked them to take a look at it. The manager, Gene Exline, was extremely courteous and professional. Not only did he quickly figure out the problem, but he had the parts in stock and had me on my way in no time. Gene was very honest and upfront about the issues with the car and never once made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I will definately go out of my way to have them handles other issues with my car!!

Overall
poor customer service

I never seen a company so disorganized. They are very ghetto and unwilling to answer questions when you ask why do you feel my car need this. The rude guy behind the counter seemed to get an attitude. I guess i was preventing him from finishing his cell phone call. If someone tells you your car needs a fuel system flush, after you said you only wanted a oil change of corse your going to ask why do I need that. I should have left when I first came in as soon as I seen the Assistant Manager with his pants hanging off his backside. Just because your shirt is tucked in and you have on a belt you still need to pull up your pants. I will not be coming back their.
