Al Pendley Impact Center

Beware. Was forced to use by insurance company of person who hit my car. Service was fine until I looked in the back seat, where they left my mud guards and screws. Then I noticed how dirty the inside of my car was. If they can't handle putting back my car to where it was when they got it, I am very concerned with the quality of their work.

Stay away. I was told it would take 5 days, almost 3 weeks. I still have to take my car to another repair shop because they wanted more money for the job they were already paid for. They had no communication with me at all. My insurance paid 2800, than it went up to 3700 and they wanted my insurance to pay more for their mistakes. They wanted anther 700 for the ac which they know nothing about repairing, they left more scratches on my car after they finished painting. Couldn't even install my mustang emblem on correctly. They didn't own up to their mistakes, just wanted more money to fix. I can't believe they are still open. Unprofessional and don't care about you, just how much can they keep getting out of you or your insurance. Stay away!!!!!

Very professional and courteous service. This body shop did a great job with the repair and had my vehicle ready even sooner than expected. I highly recommend Al Pendley Impact Center. I hope I don't need them again anytime soon but they would be my first and only choice for any needed repairs in the future.

I own a 2013 Honda Civic.Recently my neighbor backed into my car and caved the left rear door and lower quarter panel in.I wanted a new door but the insurance company (Progressive) wouldn't allow it, said the would put a repair panel on it.i argued with no results.Mr Pendley assured me that he would monitor my repair throughout the processes and would use only the best anti corrosive products on the market today.They completed my car in a timely manner and when it was done you literally could not tell it had ever been wrecked.Hats off to the guys at Al's

Very disappointed with Al Pendley's Impact Ctr Inc. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I recently took my truck for a simple body work (fix bumper and make it look like new). I was very specific what I wanted to be done and was promised my car will be taken care of properly. He told me the car will be ready in 2 days. Two days past and car was still not ready. When you are a BBB Accredited Business, you keep your promise and don't find excuses for why you couldn't keep a promise you made. Well, that's what Mr Pentley did! After almost 5 days, he finally called to let me know my turck was ready. I went to his office ready to pay up and pick up my car. Low be hold, he did a second hand job on it. Extremely sloppy work. How is that, do you ask? The bumper has a noticeable dent in it, wasn't painted properly and black marks from the original accident are still there. I, of course complained and his excuse was that he didn't know I wanted the whole bumper fixed. I specifically told him at our first meeting I want it to look like new, like the bumper was never hit. He proceeded to excuse himself, that he didn't know that.

Because I needed the car, I had no choice and payed up the $400 and left disappointed. So, now I have the dent left in the bumper and the black marks on the edge because Mr Pentley's unprofessionalism.



He is a sociable respectful person but I didn't take my car to his auto shop for good company and cheap talk but for my car to be repaired and taken care of as requested.



I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYBODY!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH AND TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT IT REPAIRED PROPERLY!!!! Save yourself the money & time and stay away from Al Pendley's Impact Ctr Inc. You will be very disappointed with his unreliable car service.
