Let me give you my experience and you can decide if you would go here. A few months ago I had a nail in my tire and was looking for a place in downtown Round Rock to get it repaired. I have driven past this place a million times so I decided to stop because no one was there. While I was there I decided to get an oil change and the older guy who worked there was nice and gave me a history lesson on downtown RR. Fast forward to 10/23/2015. I noticed the same tire was losing air so I figured the patch/plug was leaking and I would take it back there and pay to have it fixed again-no biggie. While I am there I ask the person in charge how much for a tire balance/rotation to go along with an oil change. He quoted me a high price, I said no way, he quoted a lower price (which was fair) and I said ok. He comes in and says one of the lugnuts is on too tight and if they proceeded that it may break. Well, I needed to have the tires balanced and rotated so I gave the green light knowing that the stud may break. It broke. He asked if I wanted to ride on just the 4 or pay to have it fixed. I asked how much? He said he would charge me cost of the parts and 51.00 to repair. Unhappy, yes. but it is what it is. They fixed it. So they complete the work and when they are backing out I notice the same tire that was low when I brought it in was just as low as when I brought it in. Only comment I received was oh I just need to air the tires up. I asked them if they rotated the tires and they said yes and I asked where the right rear tire was rotated to and he pointed to the right front. That didn't make sense but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and moved along. Sunday morning I notice the same tire was flat again. I started looking at my invoice in depth and notice that the parts he said he was going to charge me cost for (1.99 at 2 auto part stores down the street) were invoiced at 7.75 each. According to my car manual, my car holds 4 7/8 quarts of oil, they charged me for 6. So now I have doubts about whether they even rotated my tires properly-they said they did but the same tire I brought in flat was still flat. I went back this morning and they "claim' that there was a nail in that rear tire. Did they show it to me before fixing it? No...Seems shady to me. Little things like cleaning their hands before getting into my creme colored interior and changing the sticker from my oil change are the little things that should have been done. Did they offer any type of customer satisfaction refund (even something small like reducing the price of the parts or the extra qt of oil I was charged)? Nope. So, obviously I will never return to this loaction again, or the one on Mopac either. You decide for yourself whether or not you would ever go to this place for work.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION. I had my Toyota 4Runner towed to this location to repair an ignition switch and housing. They kept my car over a week. The car looked horrible when I picked it up. It was not lined up correctly and there were gaps inside and spaces, and worst of all they left out the plate and ducts when they did the repair and never said a word to me about this. I had to take the vehicle to Toyota and pay them to put those items back where they belong. I was told the vehicle was not safe to drive unless those items were put back in and everything was aligned correctly. When I finally went back to Galaxy with my paperwork from Toyota and pictures explaining the problem, Galaxy made no attempt to compensate me for the incompetence of their mechanics, We basically never heard from them again. This place is incompetent and I as a female would suggest you go somewhere else. If you want incompetent work, this is the place to go. I will be contacting the BBB and disputing the charges on my card, as well as possibly taking them to court. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!!!!!
