        I have called all Les Schwab's in the area and the best location that had great customer service is 501 Los Altos Prkwy, in Sparks her name is Carolyn and was very nice and friendly and had patience and was caring, she also explained to me what everything was I was describing to her about my concerns I have for my car, now I have to go and get my car fixed I hope the gentlemen who fix my car is just as nice and helpful.

        As with most Les Schwab dealers, these folks know how to treat customers. Their friendly attitude mixed with quality service/repair makes a huge difference. I recently had a brake problem and the staff took the time to complete the repair between other scheduled appointments. Excellant customer service!
