Overall

Dr. Hiser, Hiser orthodontics was a rite of passage for most kids in this county. Everyone wanted to experience all the talk was about your office. Then the name changed. We hate the name changed! Everything used to be personal,every step in the experience was personal even the money lady and the ladies answering the phone were exceptional. It was like calling home! Now the name is cold and corporate,the people answering the phone are not comforting,not inviting and are difficult. Very very disappointed as is our whole community.

We have been honored with the opportunity to grow our family and serve others. That being said we know that many of you have noticed our recent name change. We have received quite an array of reactions to this happening. We want to assure our Cumming community that our name has changed but the hospitality and personal touch of this hometown practice is still the same. Dr. Hiser and our staff are as dedicated as ever to offering the best experience and the most optimal results for every member of our orthodontic family! We have always had wonderful and caring staff and Doctors working with our daughter. It's been a great experience. Both Hiser and Dallam have been fantastic!

It was a wonderful experience. Kind staff, warm environment with fun paintings on the walls and lots to entertain or distract the kids while they get their teeth cleaned. Loved our experience! Thank you!
