Under new management so the service was great along with the customer service. Definitely would recommend!

The service was great I was honestly impressed with the managers attention towards customers making sure my car was cleaned well and vaccum. I will definitely recommend this car wash.

not good lame wash wont go back

I see this place hasn't got any better.



They broke my dash vent and used a screwdriver on the dash panel.



I was told the district mgr would call me after reviewing the video tape.



Never got a call!!!



Obviously they lied to me about it and lost a customer over their stupidity!!!!!!

Do not use this place!! Like some of the other reviews my car was still dirty when I was told it was done. The front grill still had dirt all across the bottom, The driver inside door was half-way wiped and had several "missed spots." The dash still had dust on it, and the windows were not cleaned properly or was cleaned with a dirty towel which resulted in smudged streak marks. The icing on the cake.....Money was stolen. I had a $5.00 bill zipped up and tucked in a small coin purse in the side pocket on the drivers side and then had placed a small rag over the coin purse so the item was completely concealed. It was not easily accessible a person had to go looking for it to take it. when i confronted the "so-called" manager Tim, he said they had a policy about how they are not responsible for items such as money left in the vehicle. that maybe so however, that does not make ti open season to basically search my car for personal items and take what ever you want. I was told the video surveillance would be reviewed and i would receive a phone call. since i never got a phone call i am assuming the video was never reviewed. I will never do business with them again and if anyone ask i will suggest the same.

This place is AWESOME. the manger Brian is fantastic. My wiper blades were dull. My oil hadn't been changed in 6000 miles and I needed a new headlight which they don't even do. Brian.took.time.to.explain.the importance of each item. THANKS MAN!!! its about time they hired people who knew what they were doing! !!!!!!! WILL BE.COMING.BACK.in.3000 miles. THANKS Brian.and.john

I was horribly unimpressed by this place.



We chose the superior package, paid $36.90 only to have the Ford Decal on the tailgate of our truck completely knocked off by their automated car wash...

Then when we told them it had happened we were told they could not retrieve it until the machine stopped running, but they would call us and let us know once they had found it. 2 days later...and still no phone call. When I attempted to call their listed number I get a busy signal...guess we will be buying a new decal for our tailgate.



ON top of that- they were supposed to condition the inside dash and door panels, and put tire shine on...when I made the comment to the guys who were hand drying the vehicles, their response was "we didn't know" WELL....that may in fact be true since they write the package information on your window with wax pen, which I am sure gets washed off when it goes through the car wash...not the smartest business process perhaps??



So, afer telling them how to do their job..they conditioned the inside, but when we got in to leave, there was nothing done to the center console dash, and there was dust all over the dash and inside the cup holder and door handle inserts...so they obviously were using a dingy towel to do all their work.



The scent wafers they provide you, last about 1 minute after removed from the package- I got 2 and placed one in the front and one in the back under the seats..the truck smells no different.



And LAST BUT NOT LEAST, they did a shotty job at best with the washing and drying because the truck, windows, and chrome step sides all have water spots which now will not come off.....we are going to have to spend another almost $40 to take our truck to another car wash to make up for the crappy job done at this location.

This place left my window down about an inch and got water and soap in on the back seat and floor. They thought it was no big deal and refused to give me a note to the effect that they damaged my car. Nothing zip we took care of it is what they said and the back seat was still soaked when I drove away. If you make a mistake you should at least be man enough to face up and take the blame. I will not be doing business with this place again. There car wash was the worst I ever had.

Excellent staff at oil change shop. 2 men helped me with both my trucks. One said he was the manager. He actually did the oil change himself. Very impressive. The other man named was tony? Great personalities.
