Thank goodness for an honest repair shop!

My car was driving unevenly, especially in the rain, so I took it to Kauffman tire, where they said all of my tires were bald and would need to be replaced. They also said the reason they were balding was because of a "necessary repair" that was going to cost $1,500. Along with the tires, they quoted me $2,300. I talked them down for the tires because I needed them, but immediately took my car to Mize Auto to reassess and get a 2nd opinion. As it turns out, Paul let me know that my car needed no such repair, and it actually lasted another 8 years without it (and it was a very old car with a lot of mileage)! The issue with my tires also never came up again. If Paul was after my money, he would have just agreed with the statement I had from Kauffman and done the repairs- it was that easy. But he didn't. I LOVE THIS SHOP! I've never been able to trust anyone else with my car, and it feels great to be able to trust an auto repair shop!

Sorry Chris, I was a little surprised at your review. I have never had a bad review in the seven years I've been in business. Are you sure you have the right shop??? I have no record of you ever being here. If we did make a mistake please let me know so I can make it right for you.

Not honest! Take your car somewhere else!



They assured me twice that I don't have a major repair coming, one that will cause me to be better off just buying a new vehicle. Trying to get me to do many small but costly repairs while ignoring the main issue! Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, you won't!



Not honest!!! Do not trust this guy Paul.

I would reccomend this business to anyone interested in buying a used car under 5000.00.Paul is a very nice guy and was very upfront and honest about the car we bought..he also bent over backwards to help us get our car and it has been great.
