I put in a quote request online that went out to all the VW dealers in the Atlanta area. Over the course of two days I spoke with or emailed with them all. I chose to make my purchase from Stone Mountain VW based on my interaction with Sam. He was honest, friendly and extremely accommodating. I had a specific car in mind and he went above and beyond to locate and procure that vehicle. He made a process that is usually stressful pleasant instead. I have and will continue to sing his praises to everyone I know.

Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was introduced to Greg, which was very hospitable and made me feel at ease. I did not go with the intend of leasing another auto, only just to get info on what my options would be should I get a larger auto. Which I was in need of, due to health reasons. After a while, communicating with Greg was like dealing with my sons. He ws very straight forward, as I with him, knowing what I was working with and what I wanted. He was very patient, even though it had gotten past time to close. After looking/test driving several autos I was very satisfied driving out in my new Passot. Greg was also very instrumental in expaining and making sure I knew how all the bells and whistles operated before leaving the dealership.

I was having issues with water leaking into the passenger side floorboards of my 2008 Rabbit. My initial thought was that this issue was an extension of the repair that Dwight Harrison VW did when I was rear-ended. I called and discussed this matter with a person at the service desk and was pretty much shrugged off. When I sent an email about my feelings about the conversation the service manager, Tom Mann, immediately got back in touch with me, apologized for the incident, and had me taken care of that same day. Throughout the process I also dealt with Kim Crook who was exceptionally helpful with questions that I had along the way.
