I've been a customer of Stone Mountain Volkswagen since it was Dwight Harrison Volkswagen and I have never been treated as well as I have with this recent service visit. The staff, most importantly my advisor Rudy Miranda, made me feel

like a priority and fought on my side to make sure I got the best level of service and satisfaction. I've been wary about bringing my car in the past but you have solidified my faith and earned a loyal customer. And I'll gladly share the word with friends and family.

Recall item to help with fueling to insure against putting gasoline in a diesel tank. Courteous, prompt, friendly, timely. No problems. And someone called to follow up after the visit. SUGGESTION: If you are going to say call us if you have questions, then do not call again unless you hear from me. If you insist on acknowledging the call, then you should say so.

I got a fantastic deal on the car. Wes was extremely helpful from start to finish. I didn't feel pressured to buy. When I decided to move forward with purchase, he was a respectful and patient negotiator.

Someone had backed into my car (Jetta). So I came to the dealership to help me with the repairs and the process. Rudy helped me through this process and directed me to Osborne Bodyworks. Rudy was also able to help me get my emissions done during this time which had to be done by a certain deadline. Osborne Bodyworks did a great job on my car repairs and helped this process be a painless as possible. When I go to the dealership, I like dealing with the same person in the service department. It helps me feel more comfortable and informed as to the care and maintenance of my car. I feel the person is familiar with me as well as my car. Thank you Rudy and everyone that works on my car for all you do to help me.

Hey guys everybody was fabulous I came to dealership for service on my old bug which was 2010 convertible final edition. Rudy was taking care of me but I talked to Greg and stone mountain payoff my bug and I got new bug and was very satisfied

Rosa was very helpful over the phone while getting info about the service I required and then followed up by being great in person. Very good service.

This time i'm not happy because when I came to do replace broken taillight assembly in the car ,they told

me it take about 45 Min, but I stay about one hour and haft, they fixed already and I sow my car outside finished about half an hour and I found some one came to me and said the car is ready. I told him but the car need to wash , he said rely you want it to wash I said yes. and he took the car and it take about one more hour and it is not cleaning well .
