First I would like to say that if it were only Joseph with whom we made an acquaintance then we would have had a stellar experience, however that was not the case. We felt very uncomfortable by the deceptiveness of your manager Nick. I know that this is not a review for him so I will only discuss our time with Joseph...He was very professional and courteous. He treated us respectfully and humored our requests whether they were fantastic or not. He seemed to us to be honest and over all we enjoyed the time we spent with him. For most people, buying a car is the dreaded thing of the century. That is the case for me. Feeling like a cat in the dog pound, Nick enhanced that awareness whilst Joseph did well at making us feel contented. Because of Nicks behavior I do not want to rate your company and my experience with 5 stars, however letting Joseph suffer for Nicks behavior makes me feel more uncomfortable. I appreciate all the time Joseph spent with us and thank him for providing us the opportunity to drive our baby son in a new and very safe vehicle. We would buy another car from him in the future. Thank you for your time.

Claudio Hincapio made me feel right at home from the very beginning. I am a VW fan going way back having had five in my household at one and the same time. When I first got into the Bettle, Claudio started explaining the vehicle right away. I was surprised at the amount of knowledge that he had. This VW is so much more advanced than those I had many years ago. I am extremely happy with my purchase and particularly with my association with Claudio. Because of his positive attitude, I feel welcome to come back in case I have a question about the vehicle. You have a really wonderful employee in Claudio. I have had several positive comments about the vehicle - from people I didn't know.

I recently purchased a 2010 Jetta TDI Sportwagon from Phillip Franco. Not only was I impressed with Phillip's product knowledge including technical things like Nav, but also the numbers were prepared for me that exactly fit my budget. The paper work process with Kurt Mechling went quickly and efficiently with all questions clearly answered. The vehicle was delivered to me in sparkling condition thanks to Ryan Barry in Detailing who definitely has a good sense of how to please the customer.

My wife and I went to St Mtn Volkswagen to view any specials they were having on the GTI. We realized it was out of my price range and Blake showed us other Golfs that were better suited to my finances. He allowed us to test drive several of them. I was suprised to find that the Golf had a 5 cyl. My biggest concern and why I was looking at the GTI was horse power. Blake showed me the TDI and advised me there was no lack of power, and its fuel efficency.

We chose the TDI. The financing was low pressure and a good experience. The warranty was explained very well to us and we were able to purchase an extended warranty that fit our budget. I would not only recommend friends to this dealership but my family, as well.

It was a good experience. I brought my car in because my new car tire kept going flat. You all found the problem and fixed it and I was not charged for it.
