I went into the dealership that day for service on my 2007 VW Jetta. I was thinking of trading it in, but was really unsure of what to do. Sam was really awesome with talking with me about the new 2013 VW Jettas and after an almost ALL day visit with him, I decided that the new car was the best thing for me to do. (The all day part was totally on me because I couldn't decide what to do.) Sam spent so much time with me and was so patient. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was being pressured to make a decision. He was like a good friend just telling me about a car. He made me feel very comfortable. I would also like to say that the service advisor that was helping me, Rudy, was also very attentive and thoughtful. He knew that I was talking with Sam about possibly trading in the car that I had brought in for service and he came up to check on me a couple of times .. just to find out how I was doing and if I needed anything. Sam and Rudy definitely get A+'s from me!

Service was outstanding. I was a little ahead of schedule for my next Synthetic oil change, wasn't aware the time in between changes was 10,000 rather than 3,000 or 5,000 as it was in the past for non-synthetic. a few things were suggested that I would need to repair on my next visit at the appropriate time for my next oil change. Scott was extremely helpful and I would recommend service at Stone Mountain VW to others.

When i came in i already had done research and was ready to test drive the jetta. After i parked and got out of my truck i was greeted by Phillip shortly after that we test drove the car that i would buy an hour later. It was a very easy process and everyone at the dealer treated me professionally. I believe that i paid a fair price and have been very satisfied with the whole process.

Rudy was extremely helpful and provided a lot of helpful information. He was attentive, appeared concerned and really went above and beyond to ensure my car was assessed accurately and within a timely manner.

First the good, Everyone I meet and work with, is great, professional and polite and nice !But...I brought in my 2003 Jetta for oil change and new windshield wipers. I was told of several maintenance items that I should do... which is good, I expect you to provide these suggestions.But when I get the car back, it is sounding and driving noticeably different [worse], from when I drove it in.Why would you be touching anything in the drivetrain, for oil and wiper change.We're a VW family, and I've been bringing them in for over a dozen years... but i have a trust concern now.

It was an overall great experience. They greeted me as soon as I pulled up to the service dept. Rose helped me right away a d another gentlemen offered me a beverage then escorted me to the waiting area. Rose communicated with me concern my car. It's was great!

Came in for a routine 10K oil change after a trip to Savannah GA. My car was serviced, cleaned and looked brand new but apologized that is took 15 mins longer(lots of bugs on the front of my car!!). I didn't mind the extra time. Appreciated the extra care. Thanks for an awesome job!!
