It is long story, started at beginning of this year. However, we finished this journey with joy and happines. Thank you Joseph.

We setup an appointment to talk to Greg Black. He was very kind and considerate and helped us through the process of purchasing a 2011 Tiguan that we had seen online. He answered all our questions and made sure that we understood everything throughout the process. We had a few questions about some light maintenance that needed to be done on the SUV, and he assured us that it would get done promptly and on our schedule which was great. So far, we have nothing but praise.

My experience at Stone Mountain VW was probably my best Volkswagen purchase thus far, and this is my seventh new VW. Phillip Franco, my sales representative, is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and most importantly, patient! I enjoyed test driving a couple of cars, and was impressed by the available inventory for my consideration, even though I had set my sights on a couple of models. Having made the decision to buy, business manager Rick Kiker expedited the process painlessly and I appreciate the expertise of individuals with the experience he has as a long time VW employee.
