This has been the best dealer since new ownership! I love the service department and the staff is very good. I came just to ask some questions about leasing. The manager came and had a very open conversation with me about leasing and all the information I need to know. Once one of his sales consultants were available he set me up with him and I spent the rest of the time looking at cars and making my decision. I am glad I came when I did and got a great deal for me.

I was at SMV for the 10,000-mile service. Sam let me know everything that would be done to the car and how long it would take to complete the service. Others with whom I came into contact in the service and parts departments were both pleasant and helpful.

Worked with Wes. I already had a relationship with service. Rose is very nice and I'm always happy to speak with her. Wes did a great job, helped me get what I wanted, didn't burden me with a lot of bs, worked within my time. I respect his approach very much.

UNBELIEVABLY MORE THAN EXPECTED SALES/SERVICE! I originally had Sam Barry as my salesperson way back in August 2013, who actually took the time to RESEARCH the car I was looking for to lease... he found that the 2014 cc model I wanted was adding a factory installed rearview camera in November productions - something I've wanted since I purchased my 2009 CC. Mr. Barry is now in the service dept. (just as wonderful in that position!!) so my new salesperson is Blake Baldwin, who is equally as wonderful as Mr. Barry. He continued to email me to let me know he was still keeping his eye out for these newest 2014's to come into port, and find the color I wanted....he didn't fail me! He called me the day they came into port & got with the area manager to secure that car FOR ME! Not only did he do that, he also worked with me to come up with an arrangement that I would be happy with for leasing...he actually asked ME what type of plan was I looking for (down payment/#months lease/mileage allowance) AND AGAIN, HE DIDN'T FAIL ME! He worked so hard to get me the deal I wanted from the beginning- since they recently changed owners from Dwight Harrison to Stone Mountain Volkswagen, Mr. Barry, Mr. Baldwin, the front desk staff, the service dept...ETC. HAVE MADE ME FEEL THAT MY HAPPINESS WAS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE...I FELT LIKE PART OF THE "FAMILY" THERE - as if I had been their customer for all the years my husband and I had been with Dwight Harrison VW (5 cars).



I would just like everyone to know that this experience truly helped build trust and relationships between myself and the sales/service staff. I had visited 2 other VW dealerships the same week I went to Stone Mountain back in August. STONE MOUNTAIN VOLKSWAGON WAS THE ONLY DEALERSHIP THAT CONTINUED TO KEEP IN CONTACT WITH ME, CALL ME BACK WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS OR TO ANSWER MY EMAILS. THIS is the dealership I WANT TO CONTINUE BEING A CUSTOMER AT! THEY CARE ABOUT ME AS THE PURCHASER - it's NOT just "making the money". The other 2 dealerships made me feel as if I were just "another number - another car sold" - it didn't matter WHAT I was looking for.



And so, my hat (AND HEART!) goes off to Stone Mountain Volkswagen - ESPECIALLY Mr. Sam Barry in the Service Dept., and Mr. Blake Baldwin as my direct salesperson! Thank you SO MUCH for all your help, hard work, staying in touch, AND MOST OF ALL, GETTING THE CAR I'VE WAITED TO GET FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS! Words cannot express how overcome I am with emotions and happiness! I WILL BE GETTING THE CAR OF MY DREAMS!

The service was great, and it was a great car buying experience. I unfortunatley had to go back to the dealer because of a malfunctioning light, but I was taken care of with a replacement car, and my vehicle was returned with no problems. I appreciated the service I was given.

The staff was welcoming and very hospitable. My 18 month old daughter was with me and they gave her snacks and a coloring book to entertain her while we waited. I was very pleased with the service.

I came in for this location's black Friday offer! I needed work done on my car so this worked out awesome. Rose is always helpful, as is the entire staff here! I came and dropped my car off really early so they took me home. I got to catch up on sleep until my car was ready and then they picked me back up.

Very professional service provided in a timely fashion. I called on the same morning and was able to get my car serviced with a 10:30 appointment.
