Excellent service as usual.. My service advisor, Rose, explained everything that was being done and why. She even took me back to talk to the technician who showed me that the rotors were warped and what it looked like.

I came in looking for a rare color Beetle for my wife. I told Phillip that I needed the best deal and he sure did it. He is very technical and knows a lot of details of the car, which I love, so it wasn't just a sell but more of a conversation about cars. Service advisor came outside a few minutes after their closing time to check me in which I appreciated greatly. She called me to ask questions about my service request, clarified what was and was not needed for the service, the associated costs, and asked how I wanted to proceed. She was very helpful by explaining all they had done on my car and what was needed for future service. Rosa was great.
